Ruilin has 20+ years’ experience in management in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining CD Capital, Ruilin was the Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Operations for Greater China at Illumina. He also held several leadership positions at Thermo Fisher, including China head of Corporate Marketing and Commercial Operations. Prior to Thermo Fisher, Ruilin held roles as Vice President of Finance at OrbusNeich and Vice President of Business Development at Microport Medical (Group) Co.

Ruilin received his doctorate in medical engineering and medical physics from the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology, a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s in electrical engineering and computer science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s in biomedical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University.
