Joshua Gruenspecht is Of Counsel in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he advises clients in the telecommunications, technology, media, and defense sectors on transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters. He has negotiated security agreements, information sharing agreements, and network and physical security plans and policies with CFIUS, DSS, the FCC, and various other federal agencies. He currently represents the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) in connection with the rulemaking that will implement CFIUS reform legislation.
